Default Jetting for a 686 Raptor

I'm getting ready to get my motor back from the shop and I was wondering what size Pilot and Main jets everyone is running in there 686's. Here is the list of mod's 12.5 to 1 102mm piston, 696/697 grind cam, Curtis Sparks pipe, Pro-flow intake with K&N w/outerwear, Trinity chamber mod, porting , valve job, 32 mm intake valve and the rest of the valves are stainless now and heavy duty valve springs. Please if you could help I would appreciate it so I can have the carbs pretty close to dialed in when I first start it up. Does anyone else have a set-up close to this. How does it run. Thanks for any info you guys can pass along. My elevation should be around 1500 feet above see level.

I would try posting this in the Yamaha section. The one thing I've noticed about this site is the brand sections are where the action is at. The other sections tend not to get nearly as many responses for this type of question.
