Drill it then tap a screw extractor in it,Then heat it, then try removeing it.
You may have had the wrong size key in it??I dont know??
To torque it ,use a allen key on a socket.

I could be wrong but isnt the engine oil in a container on the left side of the quad? There's a half inch bolt on it. Just unscrew it and have a bucket handy and all the oil just flows out of it. You shouldnt have to remove the rubber stopper and stuff.

If you have access to a welder, unhook your battery and weld a nut to your plug and turn it out. Easiest way to do it.

The correct size allen head is 6MM. My 700 was a very early model (#498) and it came with a torx head drain plug, which I also stripped. Polaris must put them in with a damn impact driver. In midstream polaris changed to the allen head drain plug. I took mine back to the dealer and he tapped a one size larger torx head socket into the stripped one and with the help of vize grips he got the stripped one out. I guess you could try the same procedure with yours, using a one size larger allen head. The dealer replaced my stripped torx drain plug with the 6mm hex plug. If all else fails, have your dealer take it out.
