i need a gas tank ranging from 3-5 gallons for my mojave. does anyone make one for it? and if not what can i use that will fit on this? i really need help. what are the racers running for oversized tanks? lurch what kind of tank are you running?

 

you might be able to fit a 250r 5 gal tank between the side of the fenders of the tank ?

 

does it have the same bolt holes? and do you think it will work?

 

i was thinking cutting the top plastic off where the top of the tank is and sliding a 3-5 gal in the slot and zip tie,or bolt it in that is what my uncle did

 

did it seem to work okay just sip tying it down?

The problem with the Mo tanks is that even when your "out of gas" there is nearly a gallon left in the tank that cant be used due to a poor design.There are no aftermarket tanks made for it.I carry a 2-liter soda bottle full of gas,mounted between the 2 frame tubes on the front.

My friends call it "the bomb"! It has got us out of several out of gas jams.
