Hey i just purchased a team alba chainroller for the ds650 are they worth 39.95

 

I dont think any piece of platic with a bearing in it, is work $40. But, I got one to. i have had mine for about 6 months and still is performing great.

I have one too and it has lasted me 5 months and it is still in great condition.

 

I don't know about those from alba, but I bought a set of the rollers, and chain slider made by upp for a banshee, then sold the bike and gave them to a friend. He rode one stinking time and the top roller is history.....what gives? that is crap..........or did we just get a bad one?

 

I did the old skateboard wheel trick. It still works great after a year of riding.

 

Is this the T.M. Designworks chain roller or should I ask if ALBA is saleing some one elses parts as their own again. I bought one and the bearing blew up second ride out had to replace it. I did call T.M. Designworks to get the first one replaced because it has a warranty every little bit helps. The T.M. Designworks second roller works great and is in it's second year. Alba isn't my choice for parts and I'm only 20 miles away. There are many other places out there that do what they say.
