MY EYES HURT!! from reading all the pipe posts on the fourms!!
I have deiced on the HMF or the CT-T4.
I dont want it to hit and I don't want to mess around with DISKS. I just want the PIPE and SA. I WILL be rejetting & getting the RWCDI. Probably no airbox mods as I am a woods rider and I hit the mud and water often. I dont want to repack it. I want a GOOD power all around I want to notice a big differanct I also want it to sound good. Louder and better then stock!!!

Thanks,
You guys rock!

check the db's on what ever pipe you get and make sure it has a spark arrestor if you want the wisconsin DNR to leave you alone!!!!!

My nod goes to the HMF....
1. Perfect fit with no conflicts with swing arm.
2. Great Price
3. Includes removable Spark Arrestor
4. MAKES HP!!!
5. Looks good with styles / colors to choose from.
6. Saves 4 lbs over stock!

What more would you like ????

Well it was looking way too easy there....I thought my HMF slip-on sucked. The quiet core was way too restrictive, and without it the HMF was way too loud. I modified the quiet core insert, making it bigger, longer, with more slots so it would breathe better. It helped but, my stock exhaust with modded end cap is way better.

I liked the FMF quad squared way better, and it was a lot lighter, but I didn't have it very long. I am happy with my modded end cap, I just wish the stock exhaust was lighter, the internal megaphone design is pretty good......Oh yeah, the HMF broke, the middle mount broke out a quarter size hole in the cannister, blew exhaust all over, melted the airbox too. HMF seems like they build the same pipe for everything they make, some work, some don't. I wouldn't buy another, or recommend. Thumbs down.

the reason I went disk system is that the HMF and several other open end systems are too loud for some places I go, Silver Lake Michigan being one - 98dB limit. with disks, I can have 18 installed for the performance of an open end, and if the sound meter at SL busts me I can take out 6 of them and still get to ride instead of being forced to leave. also, spalry screens are more bother, they have to be claened as build-up restricts flow over time. disks are pretty much maint free.
