Default Trinty pipe arrives tomorrow ?

Ok Trinity pipe users, mine arrives tomorrow and I want to know what obsticles to expect?
The old pipe is off, got all those really tight carb screws off without damage (that was an event), Have moved my needle clip down to the bottom slot as Trinty instructs(it was one up from there), Got the 40 pilot jet Trinity recommended (they were out of stock), Trinity is sending a 190 main(don't know if it is a DynoJet on Mikuni) they say "air box cover off" with K&N plus outerware. I ride most of the time at sea level to 1000 feet.
Will this be it?????
Anybody with a Good or Bad result? Changes?

2002 Baja, K&N w/outerware, Trinty pipe(tomorrow), 15/40 sprockets, Gecho's on Douglas .190
2003 Z400, stock (Awsome ride!) Son's ride.
1985 ATC 250R, stock
1983 ATC 70, stock

I had fun getting my head pipes to seal. I didn't want to use the stock head pipe washer( ceramic, metalic fiber thing) so I had to order head pipe gasket/washer from Woods. Also the joint fom the head pipes to the mid pipe leaks bad, I had to use some high temp gasket sealant.
Also had to notch my frame above the swing arm pivot so that my pipe wasn't resting directly on the motor- other than that I like the pipe, and spend way too much time keeping it pretty

Yeah,I got my Trinity pipe Friday. Played with it over the weekend.Definately need some high temp. silicone for the joints, didn't have any problems with the headers sealing to the head. But where it goes 2 pipes to 1 & where it bolts to the silencer it leaks. Hence the high temp. silicone. You will need a half inch spacer for where the header bolts to the frame. The pipe lokks great, sounds good. Mine turned blue from the head to about 2 inches past the first curve. a goldish colorall the way to the silencer. I had preordered a dynojet kit and i am running their needle on notch 4.and a 190 main.a drilled pilot jet from Trinity. i think it's a 42.5 or something like that. between a 40-45.Runs great.i'm between 400-1000 ft. sea level.Cool, good luck!

It's good that I look at these posts because I am unaware of some of these problems I will look into making sure that these things are taken care of. also any of you that would like to send your pipes in with these problems we will fix at our expense. We take pride in our product and will fix or replace any pipe that doesn't meet or exceed your expectations.

Hey, thanks a lot for the quick feedback. I am leaving for Pismo Beach friday morning(25 foot waves permitting, storm coming though).
What is the exact brand/Type of High-Temp silicone to buy? How long does it take to dry? How did you apply it? inside/outside?

Harry, I think I was one of the first to receive my pipe. I've had it around 4 months. Performance and sound are outstanding. Had no problem getting my head pipe to seal. I used Chamber Seal brand exhaust tape where the head/mid-pipe connect and also where the silencer bolts to the mid-pipe. So far, so good. Mine also discolored kind of goldish. Got any ideas on how I can get that beautiful chrome finish back and keep it? I've heard about ceramic coating the inside. Is that possible and if so, will it hurt the performance?
