Default Ball Joint Question

I pulled the Ball joints to get the arms powder coated. I didn't mark where the ball joints came from. Now does it matter if I put them mixed up (i.e. top ball joints in the lower a arms?)
Thanks guys!

Default Ball Joint Question

The factory shop manual doesn't give part numbers, but lists them as two different parts on the assembly page (#13 for upper, with threads facing down and #15 for lower with threads facing up).
It lists the torque specs the same at 50 ft/lbs.
The retaining ring is also listed as the same part (#17).
They look the same to me!
Why don't you measure them and see if the threads are longer on two or if all four are the same size.
If two are longer, just put them where they protrude through a thicker part of the knuckle. I think they're the same, though.
