Default loose axle!!

i took the ex out for a ride today, and whenever i turned it to the left, it would squeak, at first i thought it was the clutch, and i got mad, but then i discovered that it was actually the axle was loose in the axle housing. it was rubbing on the side of the carrier and i think it screwed the bearings. anyway, i started to take off the axle, but i had homework to do, so ill continue it tomorow..but anyway, does anyone know how this happened? did the bearings ware out, or did the locking nut loosen up? how can i avoid this in the future?

Your bearing wore out from us. This just normal wear that you need to check. Hopefully you did not mess up the carrier by waiting to long to change the bearing.

I would say its the bearings too, and if you ride it hard it won't be the cleanest for long.
