I'm not sure if they cover NJ or not but try www.progressive.com or State farm Progressive will give you an on-line quote but you will have to call your local state farm agent.

I am in NJ, and have full coverage through State Farm. It is about $250 a year, b/c I also have my cars with them.

The only problem is that State Farm is no longer writing any new auto policies, and is trying to pull out of the NJ auto insurance business all together. I don't know how this will effect ATV's. Give your local agent a call.

As far as Tower City, I have never been, but am looking forward to a trip soon.

I have Progressive Ins. it is about $190/yr. for 02 p-650 and a 01 Recon Full coverage. Progressive paid a recent claim on my P-650, no hassles. I was amazed. I had a $4600 claim, rolled it about 10 times down a mountain!!!!

progressive won't cover NJ riders. Most ins. companies wont. Rider Indsurance in Union was the only available insurance I could find. And....Tower City kicks azzzzz!!!

I have full coverage through State Farm for $245,00 a year, with a $250 deductible. Not to bad. Also check Farmers Insurance, a friend of mine is covered through them. His quad was stolen, and they bought him a new one no questions ask. Good luck.
