Default Float bowl screw leak

After doing some jet work on my '02 400 EX, fuel leaks from the float bowl drain plug. I have tightened it as tight as I can get it without possibly stripping the threads. Any suggestions.......
Thanks!

It doesn't sound good...try replacing the gasket on the float bowl and using a tiny amount of silicon on the screws....they shouldn't be so tight you can't get them back off

It's not the screws that hold the float bowl on the carb. It is the large drain plug/access hole for the main jet that is on the bottom of the float bowl. Should I use a sealant of some sort?

Maybe the o-ring fell off when you had it apart? Just a thought.
