I have the black secondary spring installed and have the red primary spring just in case, but have noticed that there are other primary springs listed on EPI's website now. Has anyone tried a primary spring that is between the stock spring and the red spring? I was wondering if there was one that increased the takeoff a bit better, but didn't hurt regular trail riding? Just a thougt.

 

As I understand it, there is no other spring between stock and red. There is an orange spring, but it raises engagment rpm even higher than the red!

 

If you look on Erlandsonperformance.com website, it shows a whole slew of springs, there are springs that run the gambit of resistance.
