Default Please help with buying the right quad

Looking for opinions on what you thnk is the best in these classes. I'm looking to buy but not sure what to go with. I will be using it like a sport/utility quad and want 4wd. My major use will be for ice fishing but do have friends that play around on the trails. If i decide on the 450/500 class i was looking at the Honda Rubicon, Vinson, or Kodiak 450. If I go to the bigger class I thought Prairie 650, or Grizzly 660. Also how big of deal is it that it have Independent rear suspension or not. Thanks for your in put and have a great new year

I haven't driven the Rubicon but have driven the Kodiak and Vinson. The best drive for the two was the Vinson. When I drove the Vinson I found it to be very smooth and the seating position was staight. THe handlebars were alot higher than the Kodiak. However the diff lock on the Kodiak is worth its weight in gold. Myself I'm a Yamaha man and my vote would be for the Kodiak.

P.S Don't get me wrong the Kodiak drives pretty nice as well. Test drive them all an take the one that best fits you body/needs.

Good luck
Marc
