I was just wandering if there is any difference between the '88 and '89 250R. (looks or performance)

 

Sure there are. There are differences between all the years, although many of them are not too noticable. Of course, the colors were diff. The clutch pushrod was different; that's why you see clutch update kits. Instead of using a ball as the bearing, they switched in '89 to a small circular bearing that could be lubed easier by the engine. being this late at night, that is all i can think of right now. i'll try to come up with some others.
