Default need input on some atvs, I need help choosing new sport atv

I went down to my local quad shop the other day to see how much my mojave is worth and to see if they will except a trade, they said they will give me $3,250 towards a new quad from there shop, I like the looks of the raptor and Z400 but heard the DS is good too! I need input on what hi-performance sport to buy, ohh and I like the banshee too!

Also, How big are you?

You don't have to be big to ride a DS but, if you are big (62" 180+ lbs.) the DS will feel far more comfortable than others.

Do you have any riding buddies that you want to keep up with? What do they ride?

The Banshee is only good for shooting the hills at the dunes. And, you only need it for the big hills. You will need to pipe the Shee before you will see any of its potential. Do you plan on doing any mods to your quad?

I would also look at the Predator. Don't know much about it but, worth a look. I would suggest waiting a year until the bugs are worked out. Same goes for the Z400 / KFX 400 and the 2001 Raptors (if buying used stay away from these - Bad Tranny.)

The Predator is awesome. I rode mine for 11 straight days. I am very impressed with the power, the handling, the smooth shifting. It is very stable, almost 48 inches wide. I can't say enough good about it. Plus it's a good ole made in the us model, which still matters to some of us.

I'm a bigger guy too. Buy the Predator.
