Default flipping front raptor rims

thinking about flipping my front rims by drilling a hole for the valve stem on the other side and just reversing the existing valve stem. I figure it would give a couple of inches in width. Anyone done this with success or is it not possible?

I did it but used flush mount valve stems. I have to remove my tires to adjust the pressure. pain in the ***.

when you flip them, do you get a more sturdy quad, or isn't it worth the bother

I have heard that doing this on the blaster will casue your ball joints to go bad very quickly. I am not sure of the Raptor set up, but knowing yamaha they are probably about the same.

i also did this with mine. i used the flush mount vavle stems. i didnt like the way it felt so i turned them back around. it made the front end feel heavy and was more dificult to turn. i figured i would wait untill i could afford new a-arms.

I flipped and drilled new holes and put Durablue spacers in the rear
