Default 650 dies from idle when warm/hot, probably jetting

I have my 650 with several mods. Snorkle, k&N filter, Big Gun exhuast. I had my Dyno Jets in with 32/36. The bike seemed to run good from idle to full throttle. The problem I am having is if I get into mud and run the bike hard and let off on the throttle from higher RPM's it will die. When cold to warm it idles fine. It does hesitate some around1/4 throttle. I have read that the pilot jets control this area of the throttle, idle to 1/4 throttle. Has anyone had to change there pilots to get the bike to run good. I have since installed the original kawasaki jets and get the same results. I have also had my pilots adjusted from 1 turn to 3.5 turns out and don't see much difference. I still have the original choke cables/springs.

Alltoys, if you read this, do you think the dial-a-jet would help this? From reading the description it sounds like a fix all to jetting. Thanks in advance for any help!

Tried turning up the idle to where it would grind when going into gear. It still would stall out.

Mine does the same thing . Runs great when cold and idel to full throttle after warm up. But mine has a problem of gas leaking into a cyl. and locking it up on TDC . And of course one day gas got into the crank case and added to the oil therefor it sucks it into the air box making it smake and not wonting to run.
