***Cannondale Racers***

I plan on making a couple of them this summer after I get out of school. I should be making some pretty good money this spring, and I have my own truck (I don't have to borrow Dad's anymore), so my chances of making a national race or two is looking pretty good.
Todd, dude, where have you been? I heard you finally got the casts off not to long ago? So how you feeling? In your opinion, which one of the nationals would be most worth while... like which track do you think is best?

YoDaddy- Yea I got the cast off Wednesday. It was really stiff and sore at first but I am doing a ton of physical therapy to get it back to speed. I like a lot of the tracks on the schedule. But in my opinion the one that would be the best to go to (especially where you are located) would be Casey, IL which is Lincoln Trails Motosports. The track is awesome and it would be the closest for you I believe. I will be over in Texas quite a bit this year with the TQRA races and the Texas Lone Star Series races. As of right now I plan on racing all of the GNC MX Nationals, 3 of the WORCS races, 2 of the GNC TT Nationals, 1 GNCC National, all of the TQRA races, the Darren Naccarato Memorial race, the Virginia Beach Race, and all the Texas Lone Star Series races that do no interfere with any other races. I hope to see you at some of the Texas races representing the Cannondale quad racers. Next time I go to Hunter's I will let you know so you can come out and practice with us.
MOTOWN- Macon is an awesome track. It is just the way I like them.....ROUGH.
DHP400ex- I know what you mean about the checkbook thing. After campaigning the GNC's last year I found out just how hard it is. But with the help of some of my new sponsors this year and a few buddies teaming up with me to go it will be a little easier.
fastmoto440- Both of those tracks are awesome. I am looking foward to meeting and seeing your soon to be trick Cannondale.

I just raced Rnd 2 of the TQRA Winter Warm Up Series today, and I got 4th overall in the Novice class. I had the holeshot, and frozen hands caused me to run off the track once and two guys got around me and we battled around w/ the top 3 position for the rest of teh race. In the second moto, I got a crappy start and hung up and me and the guy that got 1st in the 1st moto were battling for 3rd the whole race until he finally ended up getting around me. It was pretty fun though... Russ put in some MONSTER doubles that only Hunter and Cody had the ***** to jump. I was happy with how I rode. I"m not up to speed, but I was riding smart and had a good time, so thats all that matters.
Looks like you have a pretty busy schedule for this season man, as long as you stay healthy, you'll be smokin fast in a hurry. Not that you're not already fast, but I"m just saying, you'll be even faster. If I race any of the nationals, I'll be in the 4-stroke "C" class, and I'll definitely be racing the TQRA series, and Lonestar series. I'm gonna try to head over to some of the Louisiana and Miss. races too. If I have the time and money, I wanna go to Oklahoma for a XC race or two. I don't think I'll really be into XC but I wanna give it a try.
Well, I'm goin to bed now... I've been up since 5 this morning. Later

MxDale71- Good Job on the 4th overall. I wanted to race the TQRA Winter Series, but is was not meant to be. I bet yall were freezing. My buddy had a tough time this past weekend with the cold weather and his quad. My New Years Resolution is not to break any bones in 2003 and to get faster. So I hope I do stay healthy. 4-Stroke C will be a good place for you to start at the Nationals. You might want to even try 250C and pick on a few 250r's with your big bad 4 stroke. So who won between Hunter and Cody?
