nccracing, we had a forum on this already and nothin came out of it. It has to be in the serial number. I'm gonna call Polaris on this one seein as my dealer cant figure it out also. If I get some answers from Polaris I'll post them right away. Going by my serial number my TLD Predator could be number 328, 287, 877, 773, 730, 306. My guess is that mine would be one of the smaller numbers since it was built last November.

Thank you Predatorman for the reply. If it is any help my vin ends with 259 . I did not order it but the person who did could not make financing. So I lucked out and had the cash.
Thank you,
Thank you,

Looking at the Predator Service manual the last 6 digits are left for the individual serial numbers.
I dought very much that anybody is going to post all 6. Once you have the last 6 you can figure out all the rest of the numbers.
You would have to check against the last 6 digits of everyone's Predator and even then the normal Predator (gray/silver) is mixed in with the TLD Predators there is no known order to it.
There only way of finding out which one you have of a 1000 TLD is to have every serial number of every TLD Predator and hoping they went smallest to biggest number and figuring out then which one you might have.
Yeah, it blows cause it would be nice to know exactly which one you have of a 1000.
You can try the build dates early in November low number, December high number. *L*

Re; Numbered Troy Lee Preds
I was really dissapointed and expected my Troy Lee would have come with a small tag or sign on it that would have said #512 of 1000 or whatever number it was in the sequence. For all we know Polaris could have 2000 or 3000 of these Quads out and we have no way of knowing. They used to put small plaques on "Snow Checked Sleds" a few years ago saying "Built for Joe Smith" or whoever ordered it.

I would have to say there wouldnt be anything special about the serial numbers. Afterall, Troy Lee got a hold off these machines after they left Polaris. I agree though, you would think TLD would put some sort of plaque on the frame somewhere to signify the number somehow.
