What would a fair price for a 2001 500 Scrambler 4x4 be. It has cv boot guards, alum. Dg front bumper, polaris rear skid, moose hand warmers, teather switch, rear rack, polaris tank bag (red), and a headlight brush guard. The bike is red. It is in good condition, but I want a Predator now.....I think!!! I live in southern WI. Thaks for the imput in advance.

I've seen them for $4000-4200 in my area. I've looked at that Predator and it's really nice, but there is no way I can do without four wheel drive. I ride with a buddy with a 400ex. It's awesome on the track, but I laugh as I see him struggle in the trails with no reverse and a dangerously light front end. With snow on the ground now, he is very limited to what hills he can go up. With the Scrambler you just point it in the direction you want to go. We have even rode double up snow covered hills with the EX parked at the bottom. There is just no substitute for switch on the fly true four wheel drive.

I got burnt with my 2000 Scrambler but kind of expected it.

 

Bought a 2001 Scrambler 500 4x4 for 3500.00 last saturday-Stock as can be.Only used 5 times.
