Default I need help

My dad just shipped me a 2000 polaris 325 magnum 2x4 from Arizona to Indiana. I can't get it to start up it sounds like its going to crank but never turns over. I have also tried to pull start it. Dad says he had no problems with the ATV when it was at his house. Could the difference in temperature and altitude be effecting the ignition system. My friend told me I may need to adjust the jetting I'm not sure how to do that. I have ordered and owners manual but it takes 2 weeks to get here. Any help would be much appreciated.

Check the battry voltage. If it has 12v cold it should start but try it with the pull rope so not to run it down.If it was tipped in shipping it might take a shot of starting fluid to help prime it.NOT MUCH JUST A QUICK SHOT..
