does anyone think they should have got a different quad ?do it all over again ..would you own the quad you have now..and why ..just doing a little reserch...thanks for the help..let me know what you got...

 

I'm totally happy with the quads I have now. If I had to do it all over again I would get rid of the 400ex and buy another Zilla. I actually had just as much fun restoring my zilla as I do riding it!

 

Had a 400ex loved it but the Z is way faster and more fun to ride.

I own a Raptor I HATE IT rides like a mack truck.

The Predator is the UGLEYEST thing I’ve ever seen and the quality sucks I would never own anything from Polaris.

I thought of a Cannondale but decided it was to high-tech.

I’ve had my Z for almost a year now and yes I would buy it again.

 

I think if I had to do it over again back in 1998 I would have purchased the Honda's Forman 400 over my TRX300 4x4. Just for the added power.

I have had zero problems with the 300 except for just this past summer a dead battery so I can't see getting rid of her.

 

I have an 03 Z and I'm real happy I bought it. If I had to do it over again the only ride I would consider over my Z would be the Predator, and that's not because I don't like the Z. The Z kicks a$$.....

 

Totally happy with my Eiger. Fun to ride, goes anywhere, enough utility to keep me fairly dry in cold weather and enough sport to keep it interesting and great gas milage to boot.

For a quad anywhere near stock, I wouldn't have anything other than my Cannondale. If I was going to dump a fortune into a quad I'd probably do a Raptor or rebuild an old 250r.

 

I don't have ANY regrets about buying my Cannondale. If I had the extra money though, I would have bought a Moto 440 instead of a Cannibal. Oh well, I didn't/don't have the extra money and my Cannibal was practically a Speed with steel handle bars, because I'm one of the "veteran" C-dale owners that got the Cannibal w/ Ohlins and EC1000 comp. Fine by me, saved me over $1000 [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img].

If Cannondales didn't exsist, I would have bought a Z400 and would have regretted it because I like the green and black KFX's more [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img].

Actually, I might have bought a Banshee because the Z400 wasn't out yet at that time. I know I would have regretted that!

 

yea i do.. i wish i would of got a raptor or a Z or my uncles stock '87 250r instead of the warrior but i love my warrior wish it had more power and it would keep up with a Z

 

I love my Zilla. Have no interest in replacing it with any other production bike I've ever seen. If I didn't want to give it to my son some day in the future, I would have my wife burry it beside my coffin. Nuff said.
