wuts better on the blaster reed valve or rad valve

 

I dont have much knowledge about a 2-stroke as far as all that stuff but I though that when you put a rad valve in it, you were replacing reeds and the actual valve all at the same time because the rad valve comes with the reeds on it, but with the reeds that would just be replacing the reeds only. Thats what I thought it was but I havent done any work with 2-strokes. Someone set me straight to and please pardon im ignorance if Ive got it all screwed up.
