I just got through swapping gears tonight. Wasn't too complicated as long as you lay your parts out right and pay attention to the small things. Heres the parts that I changed, there is one snap ring that I wish i woulda have replaced, its the only one on the main axle, actually you replace pretty much the whole main axle except i didn't order the washer and that snap ring so I had to take it apart anyway.

You'll really want to replace shiftfork 1 also since the tranny went out its prolly toast or bent.
