Had my raptor dyno'd today
#1
I'm running a Trinity Pipe, CFM airbox, Dynojet Stage 2 kit (needles on 4th clip from top, 148/150 mains, stock pilots, and A/F screws 3 turns out)
With the stock tires at 9psi I pulled a max hp of 45.4HP. This was on a dynojet atv/motorcycle dyno
My air/fuel ratio was almost perfect. In the summer I will drop down to a 146/148 setup, but for winter, I've got it dialed in just right. IT was reading just above 14 and curved down to just below 13 in the midrange and about 13.5 at the top. With one set leaner jets I should be btw 14.4-13.6 on A/F ratio. I don't know exactly what the numbers mean, didn't ask the guy, this is just what he told me.

Thanks!
I took your advice and put some 600grit sandpaper to the pipes. It cleaned them right up. I cleaned em up real good, put them on gloves and now they are a solid gold from front to back. They look much better.

Guys, what kind of torque are your turning? I have a friend that has papers to back his 90ft/lb claims. He ported the engine hisself so I was wondering if this is about normal or if he found a sweet setup since his hp is lower (around 55 if I remember correctly).
