I am considering some nerfs for the raptor but i ride in the snow alot and was thinking they might build up snow under they or cause resistance and get me stuck alot??????????

 

my buddy has some on his sons 300ex and in the wet heavy snow,it builds up just like on a car(thrown up by the front wheel) and gets really heavy,but in the dry powder they work just fine.

 

it packs a little, but not much. the mud is much worse. still, now that i have 'em, i feel nekkid riding without 'em!
once while jumping i was a little ****-eyed in the air. i landed slighly sideways and my foot slipped off the peg and hit the ground HARD and i then ran over it....and my leg. luckily nothing was broken, but monday back at work, the first thing i did was buy nerfs. now if i slip off, i wont squash my foot ever again!
