Could I possibly have the coolest DS around?

My fan finally died so I figured while ordering a new fan I should make some cooling improvements, check out my setup: Alba radiator shrouds, 2 inline coolers (one in the hot return line & one in the lower line), Engine Ice with 40 Below in the mix for extra insurance, removed plastic skid on stock bumper to allow more direct airflow to radiator instead of deflecting it, Bombardier full synthetic oil and of course a new fan which I probably won't need after all of this. I'm still debating removing the radiator screen/guard but I'm leary of roost. Anything else I could possibly do to run even cooler?

I don't imagine even with these mods that I will be anywhere near too little heat. She's always ran a little hot & I'm just trying to extend her lifespan a little. I ride GNCC style woods almost exclusively, a lot of 1st & 2nd gear tight stuff & she just doesn't get the air she wants all the time.

With all that, you're as cool as she can be as long as your jetting is correct.
Since you're in to GNCC style woods, like me, don't take the screen of the radiator, and better yet put the plastic skid back on the bumper - one limb on the ground kicked up just right is much more common and likely than it seems. I've seen sticks end up in places hard to imagine - and I know that little skid has helped me out many times.

I'll try to get some posted ASAP. Don't expect anything crazy though, it's just West Virginia woods weapon that's seen some hard miles but she sure is set up right for them! I love my DS!
