I am tuning my raptor right now, i have 185/180 mains... my spark plug was totally black and i could feel that it was hurting for air. the air screws are at 3 turns out. you think adjusting the airscrew would be enough??? plug wasnt wet, just all black. btw needle on 4th click from top and it

11:1 weisco piston 670cc, stage 2 web cam, 3000 ft, dyno jetting, modded airbox, stock filter, new valve springs, big gun pipes, it was about 70 degrees when i tested. Was just woundering if air screws make a big diference or just a minor diference.

Dude, you are way to high on your jets. You say your useing DynoJets. 180/185 is way way to high. Thats why your plug is black. Air screws do nothing for plug checks on the main jets. Your useing stock filter with airbox mods. 3000' elevation, I'd say 150/155 jets are all you need. Dyno Jets. springs, needles.
