what is the best the best silencer for a 300ex

 

Are you wanting to change to a high-perf exhaust or do you need to know which is quietest???

 

if your NOT concerned about noise, the White Bros Pro-Meg silencer(w/10 discs) and stainless head pipe work quite well for me. I run it with a 128 main jet w/o the airlid. Plus the stainless head pipe looks sweet when polished out.The only problem is that the Pro-Meg will melt some of the plastic on the rear fender...then your boots...then your leg..so make sure you get some sort of thermal barrier between the pipe and the plastic. Otherwise go with the Supertrapp IDS silencer, they are pretty quite and sound good too.
