I am considering putting on a T-4 slip on on my Raptor. Some folks I read from doing a search say that you don't have to rejet for just putting on a slip on .I would like to hear more about this. I am just doing the silencer only for now. I might do the airbox later.I really want that deep , throaty sound.

To put a slip on and not do airbox mods and rejet is worthless JMO Do the whole set up,pipe,K/N,airbox mods and rejet and you will notice a big improvement

 

Read some of my posts. My mods are below. I am not disappointed at all. I can run with any bolt-on only raptor out there. Like anything else though, ya win some and lose some.

 

660RSC...I just put the T-4 Silencer on my Rappy today. I teamed it up with the K&N Dyno Jet kit and following the instructions for jetting, it came out perfect. I noticed by just putting the silencer on, it was blowing a little white smoke, it sounded awesome with the silencer alone, but I was going for more power. I would recommend this set-up if your looking for silencer only.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img]

 

hey guys i am gonna get the t4 slip on too....i already have the K&N air filter but do i really need the dyno jet kit right away?
i was saving for extended swing arm and t4 slip on?????

 

Psycho....did the white smoke indicate you were running lean? I don't know a lot about carb. jetting especially when the raptor has two carbs. How hard was it to do the jetting.Was it just jets or did you have to adjust the needles also?
