Bipassing the Reverse Rev Limiter on a Raptor
#5
"Why would you want to do that?" For the same reason you want to go faster in forward!!
I would just buy the kit that is sold on e-bay. It is awesome. I have installed it on my Raptor. You can switch back and forth between limited and non-limited by just flicking a lighted switch you mount on your fender. Plus the lighted switch looks cool. "What's that glowing blue switch for?" "Oh, that's my secret nitrous arming switch!" When I get my quad back from the shop I will try to trace the wiring to figure out exactly which wire is grounded. There are two wires that come out of the engine by the shift shaft. I am pretty sure that it is the L-shaped plastic one. Good Luck!

The switch is the one that has a snap connector on it. It is the lowest one by the gearshifter. Mine was acting up at the wrong time so we grounded it. No more revese rev limiter.
