tm or tmx mikuni
#2
A Tm carb Is an older version of the flatslide. The TMX Is suppose to be simpler and more effective than the TM. It has fewer parts and Is easier to work on than the TM. The TMX is shorter and thinner than the TM which is suppose to give It better throttle response and more top end power than the TM. The TMX can be hard to tune sometimes and I know alot of people In this forum run PWK carbs. Anyway those are the main differences in the two (there are more differences but they combine to get what I stated above) and I hope this helps you.
