if you had the chance,knowing before what you know now,what would you change about your quad?whether it be performance wise,tires,looks or whatever??

make the raptor stock with 686 port work high comp piston and better shocks longer swingarm of course

Same here but run out of $$ to put the bike back together after blown tranny with a hole in the case

 

In my dream, I am a Yamaha executive. I decide to offer the Raptor in 3 different trim levels.

1) Stock, as it is now. $6000
2) Stock engine, aftermarket pipe, Elka SSD shocks. $7500
3) Big Bore engine, aftermarket pipe, Elka SSD shocks, +2 a-arms, +2 swingarm, +4axle, braided brake lines, wave rotors, Dyna FS CDI box, Hyper Beadlocks. $12000

Number 1 would whoop every other stock quad out there in speed and acceleration.
Number 2 would whoop every other stock bore quad out there.
Number 3 would whoop every other quad out there, period.

I would get a multi-million dollar bonus from Yamaha for being such a genius, and retire at age 27.

Then I wake up and realize that I have to work for the rest of my life and spend that money to turn my Raptor into the ultimate quad killing machine.
