Default Arctic Cat questions Need Answers

#1 I dont have near the power I think I should Have. My cat lacks power in the high and mid low range. I made it sing the other day for the first time to see what it can do. 4th gear in super low I went every where a 400 grizz and 450 foreman went and they had outlaws and vampires I had stock titans. I could not put it in any other gear to climb or mud other than the 4th in granny low all others either didnt spin enough rpm or just flat bogged down. Is this normal.

#2 I just bought some mudzillas the sizes are 25 x8x12 "front" and 25 10-12 on back will it affect my cat by changing the tire size up front?

#3 Are these good tires?

#4 I Need to know where I can get a lift for this bike for a good price

#5 What Can I do to get more power

#6 I have never seen another atv go through as much water as i have been through but sometimes it stalls in the water what can i do to prevent this?

#7 I keep hearing about this lacker front. The other day know matter what I only had three tires spinning is this normal? Should I have a post trac front? What can I do to lockem up front

You need to maintain the 1" shorter tire size in the front, this is very important. It will bind and can break some driveline components. You may be able to air the front tires down and over inflate the rears to make up this 1" difference. If not you will need to go to a 26" rear tire and 25" front tire. I would recomend a much lighter tire for the 300 Cat such as a Gator, Mudbug, Dirt Devil or that new one from ITP sorry I can't remember the name right now. We had 25x8 front and 26x10 rear Gators on our 250 4x4 Cat and it was excellent in the mud, and still a good trail rider.
You will not be able to lock the front end on the 02 Cat sorry.
Highlifter should be able to fix you up with a lift kit for your Cat.

The best way to check your stagger is to try slipping it in & out of 4wd while running down a hard pack road, if it goes easy then your stagger is OK. Sounds like you should a bought a 500, you can't expect a 300 to run with a 400 & 450??????

Is it a proven fact that you will tear some stuff up? I have seen others in here say they hae the same sized tires all the way around. Ilooked in my Cat book and all of them are off set by an inch.

Also I wanted a real aggresive lug pattern. I wanted something to realy grabb. Didnt know how deep the lugs were on the bugs or gators. Dont know anyone who has them
