I Have just come across this site in Australia www.mikunioz.com, they have online downloadable tuning manuels etc, plus the guy there Terry is pretty knowlegable in the set up of these carbs. I just purchased a HSR 42 all set up for a DS for $ 330.00 the guy sells the 45mm for an extra AUD $ 66.00 or approx US $ 400.00 .

Anyways the sites worth checking out.

I got mine from Roon Woods Racing. They sell just the TM45 carb for 375 if you want to go that way. When i bought mine it came with the Tuning manual. As i would expect yours will too.
I can't say enough good things about Ron & Elliot over there. Always been very helpfull to me. And they always call me right back.

 

The RW 45mm Mikuni also has an extnesion on the front of the carb to make mounting in the rubber boots easier and decrease the possibility of the carb popping off, if you run without the air box and intake tube.
