Default 250R Project Quad Wheels, Hubs, and Tires

I am getting ready to start work on my 250R Chassis. I was wondering where I can get a good set of wheel hubs. I need some that are strong and can handle a lot of power. I also need a good set of tires for the R. I was looking at holeshot MXRs. Are those good? Any better ones? I also need a set of wheels. I want beadlocks. Should I go with Douglas or ITP? What do you suggest. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Dave

Look, at hiper-technology.com they got some nice wheels. Also their new 8x8's are double beadlock so you can change them yourself and also they come with an integrated hub. I just got a new set of them and will be putting MXR's on them as soon as I can get them. The Hi-Per's are very strong I have never had a problem with breakage on my old ones.

I noticed you are from VA did you check out the new atv mx series at d13mx.com? Maybe, I'll see you at the races.

You prefer the RPM axle over everybody else's? I dont do the MX thing, but ive snapped 2 of their drag axles. LS is the only axle i havent bent or broken yet. RPM makes some good stuff though. I prefer LS's front hubs. A trick set of spindles is the 400ex spindles and i believe baldwin *i think* makes the front caliper adaptor kit. They are sweet. I run the 400ex spindles on our duner/drag bike and ive yet to have any problems with them, ive even cut material out of them.

I have an RPM axle in my quad right now, and it seems way better than my Dura-Blue that I snapped into 3 pieces. It also looks better than my friends Lonestar. Both axles are mx axles, I don't know much about drag racing. I also like the RPM race duty sprocket hub, it is much sturdier than any other unit I have seen.

Also, the 400EX spindles and Baldwin adaptors are a sweet set up. It is what I am running now. Although, I have broken a right spindle.
