26+ inches in Virginia

My Polaris earned its keep this weekend plowing the never ending snow. Our driveway is 500 feet long on a hill, and it was one of the few that were open. I plowed 5 times to stay ahead of the accumulation, and was glad to see it stop snowing Monday morning. I can see where a taller blade would have come in handy to throw the snow up and over the existing pile (like a "county" blade). I just plowed wider than the driveway actually is to leave room for more snow, I ended up with a width just wide enough for our vehicles at the end.

I gave my Dad my 2000 Grizzly with 5' plow last summer since he lives in PA and we never get enough snow in VA to need it. My Dad is in Florida hiding from the winter and I ended up using a shovel. Oops!

the almanac was right, it's been a hard winter. but not here in ok, im' a little dissapointed. we usually get at least one good snow a year, but not this year. (im' not speaking for the whole state)

carver, I second that. Here in Michigan all up north has a bunch of snow, but where we ride snowmobiles at and where I live we havent gotten jack. What we did get melted due to the rain the nest day
