It all depend type of ridings you do. If you are just a weekend rider and just tag along then I would go with .125
Now if you are avg rider and do lot of trail riding and nothing extreme then go with .160
if you are none above and go ball to wall riding, jumpimg, fast riding condition and kinda worry about the wheel then go with .190 and it thickness for the wheel and it can take alot of abuse.

Douglas wheels are great. I'm sure ITP are as well. Get .190's for thr fronts and get them with a 1" offset. This will widen your front end and improve handling. Mine are 1" offsets and my front is aprox 47 1/2 wide. Rockymountainatv.com has great deals on tire and wheel combos.
