Magnum 325 wheels weighs 31 lbs. How about ITP?

Magnum 325 wheels weighs 31 lbs. How about ITP?
So I just weighed a rear wheel and tire from my 2002 325 Magnum. It's about 31 lbs. Anyone running ITP wheels, how much lighter can I get this? I'm not looking for big mudders, I wanto take off weight.
Any ideas?
It's 22-23 lbs possible?
