You don't have anything blocking the clutch housing cooling intake or exhaust, or something weird like that? Or a dealer that doesn't know how to adjust the belt?

Do you do the majority of your riding in high range? If you are rock crawling in high, your driven clutch is barely turning which will heat it up. I think Novakaw might be on to something. Check your CVT vents, both intake and exhaust. There might be something in there.

engine brake? does it disengage? are you lacking power? If you listen closely you will hear it. I'm also wondering if when they installed the clutch if they got greese on it. any screaming on take off or is it quiet? what are the belt specs I hope when they put the new clutch in they also put a new belt on.
