best pipe for the 300 ex?????

My sister in law has a 2002 300ex she would like to put a pipe on it. Which is the best bang for her buck???????? Do you happen to know the hp numbers for the 300 ex without and with a pipe?? THANKS

Back when we owned a 300 we ran an FMF PowerCore 4......it comes with a header!!! (That stock header is wimpy, and should be the first thing you get rid of!!). Add a K&N and a rejet, and get rid of those balloney stock tires, and it actually is a pretty hot bike.
