Default Oil coming out of the shifter

Last night I noticed an oil streak following my quad. I quickly turned it off and looked frantically around the quad and noticed my boot was soaked in oil. My quad is a 2002 400i and what happened was the oil was coming out of the shifter and it looks like the shifter is at a different angle. I was wondering if anyone has encountered this before. Any ifo would be appreciated.

Default Oil coming out of the shifter

Hi, I read on this forum a year ago that the shifter rod broke on this guys cat due to a bad weld, and arctic-cat replaced it but the dealer said no at first. Take it to the shop, they should fix for you under warrenty . I hope this helps.
And don't take no for an answer, they have to fix it.
