Default one of those "kinda hard to explain questions" but very important

i have a wolverine that has been all rebuilt w/ only about 12 hrs since on it and i had it out riding the other day and noticed that there is a bunch of oil leaking from somewhere up above the carb. its where the overflow hoses are for you front and rear diff. its weird because if i pull the seat off and look at where those hoses come out up by the snorkel, there is a bunch of oil around them.its got me boggled i even drained the front and rear diff's oil and blew those two hoses out real good to get the access oil out of them and wiped everything off. went out a day later and there it was again. there is always a drip on one of the hoses where it comes down by the carb. if you can half a$$ understand my question and have an idea i appreciate it. i runs sweet but i am afraid to take it riding because of this.

Is it one of the case beather hole tubes? or is it an actual oil tube that goes from the case the the resovuor. What part of the engine does the tube come from, the head, the case, carb drains???

it looks to me like its on the two hoses that run from the front and rear casings (front four wheel drive and rear diff) but thats whats odd, i cant exactly tell because there are more than just those two hoses where i see the oil at. all i can tell you at this time is the oil is on the tubes all the way up by the carb. the very first day that i noticed this problem, some of the oil was milky looking. so i checked the front and rear diffs and the rearend oil was pretty milky, so i just drained it and changed it. my neighbor came over while i was checking it out and he told me that the rearend having water in it probably made the the oil foam when it gets hot and was causing it to overflow and back up through the tubes. but even after i changed it out, the oil is still coming from somewhere but its not milky anymore. are you aware of the tubes i am talking about? they come up to the snorkel under the seat. weird? all i know is it really pi$$es me off because i spent over $1000 getting this thing all rebuilt and now this!!! i would hate to take it somewhere to have it looked at and have to sink more money into it, i just want to ride!!!

I bet you were riding on a road or mantaining a constant speed for a little while. What happens on the Wolverine is that when the rear diff starts to build pressure it pushes fluid out of the rear. I know this sucks but it happens. I removed the rubber deal from around the air intake snorkel and ran the front hose along the frame and zipped tied it down. and the rear I ran along the frome and stuck it in a hole that is just above the left foot peg. The other hose is your vent for the carb. I put a filter on it and it just rides by the snorkel. Take a look at this pic it might help you understand a little about what I am saying. Air Intake Pic

What year is your Wolverine and why did you need to have it rebuilt. Keep and eye on your rear wheel bearings if you are already getting a milky diff. fluid you might want to replace the seal. You don't have to be afraid to ride it. Just keep the fluid levels up and you will be ok.
