I was just at the Mans Mall (Fleet Farm) didn't find a book with the 660 griz in there I remember somebody said that the Polaris Sportsman 500 is the same filter what oil is everyone using Syn or not Thanks for any info RY

 

bel-ray exp 20-50,k&n oil filter or the yamaha..don't buy an stp the gasket will fall out when you turn the filter snug,they have the cheapest filter ever!

 

I just changed mine for the first time a couple weeks ago and I used Yamalube 10W-30 and a Fram PH6017A filter. I've never had any trouble with Fram filters yet. I use 20W-50 in my Z400, but that is ridden harder than the Griz, I might go to 10W-40 in the Grizz when it gets warmer out, I change oil alot anyway.

 

That is the filter I bought because I thought the sportman 500 and the griz used the same filter I guess I was right Thanks Again
