Default Outlander Shock Settings

I have 2 of the Outander 400s and I have been very happy with them. I'm just not sure what I should expect from the shock adjustments on the rear. Has anyone found a happy medium that works best for these units and most conditions? After setting them 2 levels stiffer... I really can't tell much of a difference.

Thoughts?

I would only change them to a stiffer setting only if I were bottoming out. I weight 160lbs and never bottomed out hard, it's best to use all your suspension travel up unless your hauling lots uf weight.
