No $300 accessories package on the 2004?

No $300 accessories package on the 2004?
I went to my local dealer to talk about buying a sportsman 700. He said Polaris isn't offering the $300 in accessories on the 2004 Sportsman 700. Has anyone had a different story when purchasing a 2004 sportsman?[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]
