I'm looking to find a used Rancher 2x4 or 4x4 or Trail Boss soon. Which one is more reliable? More powerful? Which has higher top speed? Which can climb or handle mud the best? Thanks.

 

I have a Trail Boss. I like it a lot. It is a good all around ride. It does really well in mud. It is not by any means fast. For general riding the power is good. I am not real familiar with the Rancher. I would think that it would be the more powerful and faster of the two. Honda is almost always good for reliability as well as the Polaris. I really like the automatic though.

 

dont get a polaris go with honda reliability.
