1/8 mile times????

Anyone run their DS(stk wheelbase) on a 1/8mi paved track? What kinda times were you running(stk motor, pipe, maybe a carb)? I may be going soon and was wondering what i should expect? What kinda 60' times do you normally run on the stk swingarm and stk height? What would be considered good 60's? (so i have something to shoot for!)

My times were 9.00 on gas(stock carb),and 8.80 on alky(45mm carb) 73mph.
My best 60ft,time was 2.0(stock setup).
Have fun, it a rush to be on the Asphalt drag strip on a quad!!!

Hey DSMike,
Was the 8.6 with stk wheelbase?
What was the 7.5 sec bikes setup at the time? Stretched how much? Foot shifting? Man, thats flying on a quad. What were your 60's? Must have been very good(low 1.6's or better???) to pull 7.5's at only 85 mph. I say 'only 85' because i just ran a 98 Bandit 1200 last night(stk wheelbase, stk motor, slipon pipe) and pulled 7.0's-7.1's with 1.74-1.76 60's at 100-101mph. The fella who owned the bike was running 7.3's-7.5's with 1.81-1.87 60's at 94-95 mph. To run simmilar times at 10 less mph you must have been flying outa tha gate!
