Can You Guys Do Wheelies And Stuff?
#7
i do lots of wheelies, but most are on holeshots, and are not intended. my cousin can really get some good wheelies on his blaster, the raptor is a little heavy to balance, but there are plenty of guys who have mastered it.

I learned to do wheelies on my 400EX,and at first I struggled a bit before I learned a few things.
1--If you go too far back it will not roll back on you. On level ground it'll just stand up.
2--If you hit that rear brake it WILL come down.
3--Find the balance point.
Every machine and rider will have a diff angle at which carrying a wheelie will be effortless.
For instance, with me riding my EX,the balance point was kinda low witht he front being not up very high.
I just got a Raptor 660 and I can already tell that the angle is much more upright for this thing versus my 400EX.
Once you find that magical point, you will see how easy it is.

its a lot scarier on a dirtbike, without rear brakes, lol. you gotta make sure you dont give it too much, or lean bak too much. but on a quad waaay easier. ill try to get some vids of nick on his banshee, bustin out the huge long wheelies. right before the conservation officers pulled into my driveway.
