Default Attack of the Killer exhaust valves?!

Hey I talked to somebody today and he told me that a friend of his was out pounding the Dunes and he sucked both of his Exhaust valves into his engine. How the hell would that happen? Supposedley they are the bigger RWR style valves. The only thing that I can think of is that he was over reving it and some how managed to float the valves enough that the keepers some how popped out. Now I don't know if it was the whole valve stem and all or just the heads. But I have never heard of this happenig before. could it be beczause of to much valve clearance you think? And the cam is slapping against the valve stems causing some harmonics problems and loosing the keepers enough to come out? Very interesting! All I know is that his whole engine is probably toast now. I heard one of his valves was sitting in his exhaust pipe!

i would think over reving would be the first thing to come to mind, second would be valve clearance
