Will Raptor still run strong without GYT-R headpipe?

Will Raptor still run strong without GYT-R headpipe?
I'm getting ready to sell my Raptor, it has a GYT-R headpipe, silencer, K&N air filter, K&N jet kit, and a hotcam cam. A friend of mine wants to buy the GYT-R headpipe, if I take the headpipe off and put the stock headpipe on with the GYT-R silencer, will there be a noticeable difference in performance?
Also, how hard is it to take the headpipe off, my dealer was the one who put it on so I wasn't there to see how easy/complicated the process is.
